I had planned to walk to Helvellyn on this walk but I decided against when the weather deteriorated.
From Glenridding I walked up the Greenside Road to climb The Rake to the summit of Glenridding Dodd. I then walked over the summits of Sheffield Pike, Green Side, Stybarrow Dodd and Raise before returning to Glenridding.

On Heron Pike and cloud is starting to spread across from the east

The far eastern fells are nearly lost in the low cloud now
Next stop is Green Side with Stybarrow Dodd behind
On Green Side and the cloud has reached Helvellyn

On Stybarrow Dodd and Great Dodd is still in the clear
On the summit of Raise and the way ahead goes over the top of Whiteside

Heading down the Keppel Cove zig-zags back to Glenridding
