Route description: Rigg Beck-Chapel Bridge-Newlands Church-Low Snab-Scope End-Hindscarth-Robinson-Moss Force-Newlands Hause-Knott Rigg-Ard Crags-Rigg Beck

A great walk in the northwestern fells on a fine spring day.

I started this walk from the disused quarry at Rigg Beck on the Newlands Road. From the quarry I walked down the road towards Chapel Bridge to take the track past Newlands Church and then to Low Snab farm. I then climbed the ridge of Scope End to reach the summit of Hindscarth. From Hindscarth I then visited Robinson before dscending to Newlands Hause by Moss Force. I then climbed up to the summit of Knott Rigg and walked along the ridge to Ard Crags before making my way down to Rigg Beck and the start.
